Our Food
Breakfast
Breakfast is included with your stay.
Our huge continental breakfast includes smoked sausage, ham, cheese, eggs, yogurt, fruit, milk, coffee cakes, and other freshly baked goods. Our bread is all homemade at 3:00 p.m. every day. Breakfast is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Dinner
Make your reservation for a family-style dinner at 6:30 p.m.
Hotel guests always receive priority, but outside guests are welcome too. Our family-style dinner has many options to choose from to accommodate all, and we are more than happy to accommodate any life-threatening allergies.
Picnic Dinner
During the summer months we may offer a picnic dinner, upon making your reservation we will state which type we will be providing, and also make arrangements for your picnic dinner to be picked up.
Sample Picnic Dinner:
Sliced marinated steak, pickled shrimp, pasta salad, cheese assortment, homemade bread, and dessert.
Beverly's Food Cart
Beverly's food cart will be available for anyone to enjoy lunch or dinner, no reservation is needed. They accept cash only.

Wine Selection
Enjoy our lovely wine selection or one of our Oregon local microbrews. We host one to three wine dinners each year, one of them always occurring in the fall before we close.

These events feature a 7-course dinner where wine is matched with the food. We choose a region and serve wine and food from that area.

High Seas in the Sage, Seafood fest with live entertainment by The Desert Roze Band
Date: September 30, 2023
Time: 5:30pm
We will be hosting a seafood buffet and all you can eat crab dinner. Limited amount of presale tickets will be available. So call to get yours.
We will be offer two types of seating VIP in our newly renovated Stables, or general seating. Entertainment only tickets will be available at the gate. Come join us for a fun filled evening.

2023 Fall Wine Dinner. This years theme will be Italian.

Time: 6:30 pm
We will be serving a 7 course Italian dinner. Six of the courses will be paired with our hand selected Italian wines.
Please call us to make your reservation, seating is limited and it fills up quickly.
